Shipping
Prints are made to order, using a professional printer in London. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 weeks of receiving your order and full payment. If for any reason delivery will be any different, we will notify you by e-mail.
All UK Orders are sent by Royal Mail first class recorded mail (signed for). International Orders are sent by Royal Mai, tracked, and signed.
Depending on where the prints are being shipped to, there may be customs and/or import fees payable. These costs are not included within the price of the print and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods. If you are in doubt as to what the charges might be, I advise you contact your local customs office for up-to-date information on the current duties applicable.
Returns Policy
The prints I supply are made to order, so please consider carefully when placing an order. I f you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days to return the item (s). I would ask you to advise us within 14 days of your purchase that you wish to cancel your order and return the items. The items must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition. Please note that returns postage must be paid for by the customer. Items shipped overseas will not be eligible for refunds of any custom and/or import charges.
If for any reason your print is not acceptable due to transit, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
