Dahlia ‘Yellow Star’ dried
Introduced in 1952 by H. Robens, Dahlia ‘Yellow Star’ is a rich buttery yellow, on drying the yellow intensifies to almost orange in parts.
The incomparable beauty, colour, texture and form of individual flowers are always so intriguing, and yet so fleeting. The art of drying not only provides a way of extending or preserving the flower, but it also allows for the creation of a new floral persona.
